5-Year Limited Warranty
Scope:
- This 5-Year Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) applies to all new pillows sold under The White Willow brand.
- The Warranty covers only the original purchaser of Products purchased directly from The White Willow or through an authorized retailer. It is non-transferable.
Warranty Period:
- The Warranty lasts for 5 years from the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”).
Coverage:
- Manufacturing Defects: Visible indentations or sagging greater than 1 inch not caused by improper use.
- Workmanship Issues: Splitting or cracking of the foam under normal usage and proper handling.
- Structural Failures: Issues with stitching, seams, or pillow fill that compromise comfort or support.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear: Changes in firmness or comfort preferences, slight softening of foam, general compression over time.
- Misuse/Abuse: Stains, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, mold, or other damage resulting from inappropriate cleaning or use.
- Improper support/foundation: Use of the pillows on a surface that does not provide adequate support voids the Warranty.
- Unauthorized retailers: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or “as-is” purchases are not covered.
Warranty Claims Procedure:
- Fill in the form: Fill in the below form to register for the warranty of the products. Please fill in the correct details.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@thewhitewillow.in with your original order number, photos, and a description of the defect.
- Evaluation: We may request additional information or ask you to ship the Product back (at our cost, if claim is approved) for inspection.
- Remedy: If the claim is approved, The White Willow will decide at its sole discretion whether to:
- Repair the defective Product.
- Replace it with the same or a comparable model.
- Provide a prorated refund if a replacement is not feasible.
