Eligibility

• The 101-Day Trial (the “Trial”) applies only to pillows purchased directly from The White Willow through our official website or authorized retailers.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) may be required to confirm eligibility.

Start & Duration

• The Trial begins upon your receipt of the Product.
• It lasts for 101 consecutive days, starting after the 30-Day Break-In Period.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange after the 30-Day Break-In Period has passed and before the 101st day of the Trial.
• If you choose to return the Product within the Trial window, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any applicable fees (see Section 5 for details).
• If you choose to exchange, you may exchange the Product once for a different model or size. The Trial does not reset; your new Product inherits the remaining days in the original Trial period.

Return Logistics

• Return shipping or pickup instructions will be provided by The White Willow.
• In most cases, you will not be required to ship the pillows back; however, any shipping or disposal fees will be discussed upon initiating the return.

Limitations

• The 101-Day Trial is limited to two Products of the same type per household.
• Products must be in good condition and free from damage beyond normal wear and tear.
